09845-66590 is 512 MB RAM, included in 98407A option upgrade kit, along with 1898, 1899, 1591 and 1592 ROMs and white ejector handles.

RAM-ROM - 09845-69529 (updated 99529?), white ejector handle - includes 1898 (CE4 LB) and 1899 (CE4 LB), 1591 (CE1 LB), 1592 (CE1 UB)
